Time2dine is the main project of Migsoft Ltd, an ambitious Glasgow software company. We are a team of 5 with plans to scale rapidly with our restaurant booking app. and POS system. Our mission with time2dine is to help people enjoy convenient, stress free dining, and to increase profitability and efficiency within the restaurant industry. IT support engineer role. Install POS hardware and software in restaurants, as well as train key staff members on the system at restaurants. Full training will be provided, with a view for the successful candidate being able to do this on their own. Responsible for ensuring all correct equipment installed as instructed, clear instructions given to clients, and any queries answered as promptly as possible. Must be reliable and arrive on time to appointments wherever possible. Hours can be unsociable and without much notice, so a flexible working attitude is important. (Unsociable hours will be discussed and a higher rate of pay applicable at those times) Company car may be available for use. Support system under consideration and candidate may be required to answer support calls or emails. Must be able to keep accurate records of hours worked.
