The opportunities 

We are looking for graduates ready to start their careers to join our Product Engineering team. This is the team responsible for delivering real intelligence solutions to our customers across some of the most complex and safety-critical industries in the world. 

Our Product Engineers are part technical problem solvers, part customer adoption specialists. They work directly with customers to understand operational challenges, build intelligence capabilities and deploy them through deckchair. They also support onboarding, training and making sure customers get the most value from the platform. It is hands-on, varied and genuinely impactful work. 

If you are interested in AI, multi-agent systems and the real difference they can make to how industries operate, we would love to hear from you. 

What you will do 

• Build intelligence solutions, analytical models and data science capabilities that are deployed through deckchair to solve real customer problems. 

• Work directly with customers and stakeholders, helping them adopt and get the most from the platform. 

• Contribute to customer onboarding, training and the ongoing support that makes intelligence capabilities stick. 

• Learn and grow within a supportive, tight-knit team that will develop your existing skills and train you in those you might not yet have. 

What we are looking for 

• Practical experience with modern software engineering, with Python as a core language. We value candidates who are already using AI-assisted development tools to write and ship code, not just those looking to learn about them. 

• Good problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in solving meaningful, complex challenges for customers. 

• A desire to work well in a small, ambitious and fun-loving team and to provide support wherever it is needed. 

• Comfort working with customers and communicating technical ideas clearly. 

For graduates 

If you have recently completed (or are about to complete) a relevant engineering or computing degree and are ready for your first full-time role, we want to hear from you. You will join the Product Engineering team and be involved in customer-facing, problem-solving work from day one. 

This is a permanent position with the scope to grow as the company grows. We are building something genuinely different and this is a chance to be part of it early.
