Accounts Administrator – Full Time – 12 Months – Office based, East Kilbride

Re-Tek UK Ltd are one of the UKs leading IT Reuse and Recycling companies with a firm focus on Green issues and the Circular Economy. Re-Tek provide full end to end IT lifecycle services for a number of clients within the Public Sector, Corporates, Central Government and Education establishments. Re-Tek have operated for 25 years and in recent years, have had a rapid period of expansion and as such we now have a number of opportunities within our organisation which we are keen to recruit for.
About the role
The successful applicant will provide an accounts administration support function for the business.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- producing reports,
- data collection and entry,
- liaising with customers and handling their enquiries round payment and delivery times.
The role is office based and the successful candidate would be required to work within our facility based in East Kilbride, ideally, we are looking for someone for a 12 month fixed term contract but will consider those who are available for shorter periods and on a part time basis.
In order to be considered you hold (or be working towards) a relevant accounting qualification and will have the following skills, experience and abilities:
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time keeping
