About the company

Speech Graphics is an award-winning startup providing pioneering facial animation technology for the games industry and beyond, working with the likes of Microsoft, Sony, Warner Brothers and Activision. Their products are used in games such as Gears of War 4, Shadow of Mordor, and Call of Duty WW2. Based on over 20 years of R&D in speech technology and procedural facial dynamics, our software produces high-quality facial animation from audio alone, with no need for motion capture. Speech Graphics has won several awards for its speech-driven animation technology including a  Develop Award for Best Creative Outsourcer and a TIGA Award for Best Animation Supplier.

About the role

Our ideal candidate has the passion and desire to learn the skills required to develop ground-breaking technology. You will work in a collaborative, multidiscipline environment to develop applications based on Speech Graphics technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work on integrations with game engines such as Unreal and Unity 
  • Create standalone applications using our technology on a variety of platforms 
  • Testing and quality assurance of existing applications

Required skills


  • C++ programming skills
  • Good knowledge of object oriented development
  • Passion about programming and ground-breaking technology
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment in a small and efficient team


  • 3D Graphics
  • Experience with Game Engines 
  • Experience using Maya or other 3D development tools
