About the Company
Klik2learn has developed of a range of innovative educational and vocational technology products, with a focus on English language learning. Our end users are highly motivated to learn in order to improve their career and employment prospects and our software is endorsed and certified by SQA, City & Guilds and the SQA.
The company has a core team of creative designers, animators, education specialists and is currently looking to expand the marketing team.
Our channel partners include City & Guilds, the Collab group and Tata Consultancy Services both in India and the UK.
We are currently working on an exciting new mobile product, currently being tested in beta version. ‘Journey 2 Basic Skills’ is designed to fill a gap in the adult learning market for people who experience barriers in the workplace due to a lack of literacy and numeracy. While this is primarily aimed at non -native speakers, it also addresses the adult literacy market both in the UK and overseas.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a final year student/postgraduate to make their mark in an international context by exploiting Klik2learn’s partnership agreement with Tata Consultancy Services covering both India and the rest of the world. The successful candidate could aspire to a senior role within the company, acting as an internal marketing executive for the Indian sub-continent servicing the B2B market through the TCS iON platform.
Klik2learn is currently the sole provider of English language content on the TCS iON hub and has a range of highlevel opportunities which align with TCS’s mission to address the skills gap among Indian students and graduates. The company has ambitious plans for growth and is seeking a similarly ambitious, energetic, hard- working candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment and make mature decisions based on market understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English.
- Understanding of the Indian education system and trends in education technology.
- Enthusiasm for digital learning.
- Capacity to interact with organisations at regulatory and senior levels.
- Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns for the education sector in India.
- Knowledge of relevant social media channels and digital marketing strategies.
- Interest in the application of data analysis to marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu or another major Indian language.
- Experience of learning a second language.
Klik2learn has recently commissioned a detailed marketing plan for the Indian sub-continent which will form the basis of the initial work.
Travel to the Indian sub- continent would be required and additional overseas travel may be necessary.
The ideal candidate would share the company’s mission to enable people to reach their full potential through education and to close the employment gap for those who experience barriers.
