Logistics Administrator – Full Time – 12 Months – Office based, East Kilbride

Re-Tek UK Ltd are one of the UKs leading IT Reuse and Recycling companies with a firm focus on Green issues and the Circular Economy. Re-Tek provide full end to end IT lifecycle services for a number of clients within the Public Sector, Corporates, Central Government and Education establishments. Re-Tek have operated for 25 years and in recent years, have had a rapid period of expansion and as such we now have a number of opportunities within our organisation which we are keen to recruit for.
About the role
The successful applicant will provide an administration support function to staff across several areas of the business, Re-Tek are keen to recruit for someone to liaise directly with our established clients to handle inbound emails and calls to book collections, schedule visits and produce reporting of their completed jobs. The role is a general administration role with a focus on customer service.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with all admin functions
- Supporting the team when necessary
- Managing the telephones,
- Greeting customers and guests into the office
- Managing company correspondence, including, emails, letters and packages
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- General administration duties
The role is office based and the successful candidate would be required to work within our facility based in East Kilbride, ideally, we are looking for someone for a 12 month fixed term contract but will consider those who are available for shorter periods and on a part time basis.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
