About the company

My Server Guy are a fast growing website hosting and development company based in Glasgow. We work in partnership with website agencies from Copenhagen to London and Glasgow. From developing, optimising and fixing websites to cloud servers and server monitoring. We are looking for a driven individual to join our team.

About the role

My Server Guy is looking for a new intern in SysOps, System Admin, System Engineering space, this position offer plenty of opportunity to work with some real world experience working with servers, networks and websites. You will be exposed to AWS Cloud and dedicated servers, and a lot of action hands on using SSH to install and configure servers and applications such as Linux, Apache, NGiNX, Varnish, MySQL, PHP, Wordpress, and many many more.

Our previous intern started on similar basis and has now been in a permanent position for 1 year, we are looking to repeat the success so looking for serious candidates.

Oh did I mention our previous Intern passed his honours project with a First Class degree? “Bachelor of engineering with First Class honours in computer systems and networks.”
