The Zen Agency currently have a requirement for a full time  Junior Digital Designer    
 

The successful applicant will work alongside and be mentored by the senior design team, giving them the opportunity to rapidly gain, develop and enhance their skill set. For someone who has a “can do” attitude, the opportunity is there to progress to gain full design responsibilities.

As part of the role you will work with various clients from different industries and the types of projects will include:

 

  • Ecommerce and custom websites
  • Bespoke Software
  • Mobile Apps
  • Maintenance of existing products

 

Required Skills

  •  Creative, ideas led design skills.
  •  Curiosity and a passion for digital media.
  •  Good working knowledge of CSS, HTML.
  •  Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  •  A proactive 'can-do, will-do' attitude to be successful and learn.
  •  Strong attention to detail.
  •  Good communication and organisational skills.
  •  Ability to work on own initiative, under direction and within a team, as appropriate.

Desired Skills

  •  Good understanding of how Content Management Systems work
  •  Good understanding of UI/UX design.
  •  An understanding of how JavaScript (jQuery) works.
