About the company

Fuze Tech Services was established 2012 by Anne Widdop & Morag Webster.  They initially established 2 services:

  • Celebrant and public speaking training. Offered via the UK Celebrant and Public Speaking Academy (UKCAPSA).
  • Ceremonies, presentations and script writing services.  This service is offered via Fuze Ceremonies and delivered by a team of highly skilled professional celebrants.

In Q4 2020 FMS transformed to take advantage of the team’s substantial business and technology experience.

The key development in 2021 is The Learning Loop VR/Immersive Training business

Project Quest

Bringing Virtual Reality to training, especially soft skills, is exactly the sort of inspired thinking that keeps people engaged and learning.  The VR and AR experiences being developed provided by The Learning Loop:

  • Provide realistic, emotionally engaging scenarios
  • Cost efficient, accelerated and scalable training
  • Overcome the challenges of ineffective and inconsistent roleplays
  • Multimodal learning supports real world knowledge transfer, increases employee engagement

Immersive Experiences

Virtual reality enables viewers to explore the entire 360 degrees of a scene. Unlike video shot from a fixed viewpoint, the Learning Loop VR production (using specialist cameras, rigs, and software) captures every part of a location in a unique and immersive way.   Finished content can be viewed on any device, including mobiles, although it is more immersive when viewed using a VR headset.  The benefits of virtual and augmented reality tours include:

  • Allowing the user to imagine themselves at a destination and explore the location at their own pace
  • Being able to showcase 360 degrees of a destination in high resolution
  • Creating memorable and unique experiences for the user
  • Creating unique brand engagement
  • Providing experiences to those that cannot travel
  • Reducing impact of visitors on vulnerable destinations
