E-commerce / Website Administrator, Perthshire, 12 months
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional person to join our expanding team, at Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier in Grandtully, Perthshire. The role is full-time Monday-Friday 9.00 to 5.00.
Duties include
Processing Orders; Answering customer queries by email and phone; Maintaining website content for products and to meet marketing initiatives; Helping users having difficulties; Testing new functionality and content; Issuing Marketing Emails, planning and posting to Social Media within guidelines; Maintaining the Customer Database;
Key Attributes & Skills
Attention to detail. Good written English, spelling and handwriting. Good telephone manner and appreciation of customer service. Team player. Drive to meet sales targets and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines. Ideally with a qualification in IT and/or business, experience using technology particularly with the systems listed, is required, along with a good eye for layout and basic ability to manipulate images. An interest in photography and video and experience of databases and programming an advantage (HTML), as is an understanding of CMS and mechanisms used to drive website sales (SEO, PPC, link generation, affiliate programmes etc.)

Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Paint, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, You Tube, Website CMS (Proprietary), Wordpress, Mailchimp.
