About the Company

Agency Core is an Edinburgh based software company, dedicated to supporting small creative marketing agencies. Our day-to-day management tools and instant visibility of information help agency owners take control of work decisions.

Our small team works remotely across Edinburgh. We have a clear vision our future and need a bit of extra resource to help us move forward!

About the Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to help the Agency Core team with digital and social media marketing activities.  The ideal candidate would have an interest in creative writing combined with a commercial mindset. The role will incorporate the day-to-day running of social media accounts, administrative tasks, creative writing and the opportunity to get in involved in other marketing concepts. 

We’re happy for this person to work remotely but an Edinburgh base would be preferred.

This is currently a summer placement, although there is a possibility for a more long-term on-going arrangement.

Candidate Requirements


  • Excellent English language and grammar skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • An understanding of social platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
  • An interest in what makes quality sharable content
  • Access to own computer and internet connection


  • Commercial experience
