The Resilience Engine is a new business start up providing a suite of services, including e-learning, to organisations to support the development of increased resilience for managers and leaders. The business has launched The Resilient Management Toolkit in May of 2016 to early clients, with a plan to fully launch the services in October of this year. The Resilient Management Toolkit is an e-learning service offering flexible and engaging learning resources to busy managers.
The Role
This role is about curating, writing and uploading/updating e-learning content that will attract and sustain the engagement of managers learning how to develop increased resilience. The role will involve translating content design ideas into written learning resources for the e-learning platform. Written learning resources include a range of online and offline content such as articles, tips, guides, quizzes, case studies and training exercises. The role will also include the potential of commissioning multimedia creation such as infographics, video and audio content.

- Experience of creating, uploading, managing content
- Ability to understand and work virtually
- Ability to create and display content that entices engagement and learning
- Ability to work unsupervised; self motivating, committed and reliable

- Ability to interpret client requirements and translate into content that meets the brief
- Good listening and communication skills
